Kate is a change agent who believes that challenging the status quo can achieve better outcomes and change need not be feared. Using a human centred approach, combining straight talking with compassion and pragmatism Kate will partner with you to lift your game.
Her career experience spans finance, sales, commercial operations and leadership in large corporate organisations. After 17 years delivering results for others, in 2012 she unleashed the inner entrepreneur and started her own successful consulting business, specialising in transformation and high performance teams.

She has worked with Leaders and teams in North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
Kate is also the co-founder of Juggle Strategies and the founder of Savvy Games.
